The Record to Report (R2R) Senior Accountant will oversee Manpower Group’s R2R function, supporting subprocess execution and driving process standardization and automation. Responsibilities include managing General, Intercompany, Lease, Fixed Assets, and Capital Projects Accounting, as well as Financial, Statutory, and Regulatory Reporting. The role involves collaborating with
- functional teams and key stakeholders, requiring meticulousness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex requirements effectively.

E Set Up

• Contribute to developing a skilled R2R team through comprehensive training and shadowing.
• Build positive relationships with each country to facilitate smooth R2R process transitions into GBS / Co
  E.
• Support the transition team in migrating R2R activities to GBS / Co
  E.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional Accountant for the R2R team.
• Ensure the quality of services provided to internal and external customers, including BPOs.
• Coach and mentor R2R Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with Service Partnership Agreements and internal policies.
• Manage team performance using metrics and KPIs.
• Implement standard R2R processes and drive regional improvements.
• Identify and address process gaps affecting customer experience and service quality.
• Manage escalation and exception processes.
• Monitor customer service achievement and develop action plans.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with SOX and legal requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for audits.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Build stakeholder relationships to support R2R initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the BPO RTR Team to align goals.
• Promote continuous process improvement and a

Technical Competencies:

• Deep understanding of R2R best practices.
• Expertise in R2R process mechanics within the broader financial environment.
• Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance.
• Solid grasp of Record to Report concepts.
