Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver features.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate applications with
  - party APIs and services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across the team.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery practices.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with frontend technologies (Java
  Script, React, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Experience with testing frameworks (RSpec, Capybara, etc. ).
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
