THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to perform duties as a Run Analyst for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Guarantee the management of incident requests
• Guarantee the performance of operational monitoring over the allocated period by ensuring responsiveness to the restoration of service and in compliance with SLAs
• Be an actor in the rise of his skills (functional and technical) on its perimeter (new project, extension perimeter, etc. )
• Contribute to communication around his profession
• Organize documentation/knowledge base of our solutions

WHAT WE-'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Experienced in Application production run support
• Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment
• Be curious and
  - taking searching for innovative solutions
• Be critical and constructive on the solutions analysis
• Be able to keep calm and managed stress situations, such as errors in production
• Be able to manage and prioritize incidents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
• Incident management around the Web front and associated APIs
• WEB technology known (Java JEE, REST and SOAP WEB services, API, Angular, Responsive web application)
• Event streaming message technology: Kafka
• Tools: Service Now, Jira Lanta, CMS, Oracle, SQL databases
• Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
• Travel outside of Portugal during Tribe events
• Fluency in French
