• Manage hosts and guests queries
• Provide the best available solutions utilizing a community marketplace with millions of users
• Support through written communication and phone as part of a specialized,
  - minded team
• Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
• Create valuable and memorable experiences for users
• Follow management directions and provide feedback

Requirements:

• Native or proficient Russian (C2)
• Advanced English skills (at least C1), both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, including phone conversations, attentive listening, and writing
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with attention to detail
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
• High-speed internet and suitable remote work conditions
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willing to relocate or be a local candidate in Lisbon, Portugal
