Your role as a customer support agent involves providing
- quality service to customers of prestigious worldwide brands. Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Providing support and guidance to customers and resolving issues promptly and empathetically
• Maintaining accurate data input on customer inquiries, questions, and feedback
• Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training
• Offering recommendations for common problems or FAQs

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian (C2 Level or Native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Previous experience or contact with clients
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
