Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
• Investigate and collect information to provide to customers
• Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
