Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities by offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
- Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
- Maintain accurate data input of customer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database;
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian (C2 Level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level);
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Previous experience or contact with clients;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility;
- Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signing (in addition to standard insurance);
