About the Role

Are you fluent in Russian and passionate about keeping online communities safe and engaging?
We are looking for a Russian-speaking Content Moderator to join our clients international team in Porto. In this role, you will review, monitor, and moderate
- generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate text, images, and video content in Russian to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Detect and report inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing user content.
• Follow internal policies while making decisions on content cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation quality.

Requirements

• Russian: Native or C2 level.
• English: B2 level or higher (for internal communication).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content.
• Comfortable working in a

• Available to work on-site in Porto starting 21 August 2025.
