About the Role

Are you fluent in Russian and passionate about creating a safe and engaging online experience? We are looking for a Russian-speaking Content Moderator to join a dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. This is a
- time on-site position.

As a content moderator, you will play a critical role in reviewing, monitoring, and moderating
- generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and protect users from harmful content.

Key Responsibilities

Review flagged content (text, images, video) in Russian to ensure it complies with platform policies

Evaluate
- generated content and remove or report inappropriate posts

Respond to user queries and escalate cases when needed

Maintain high levels of attention to detail and consistency

Work collaboratively with team members and share feedback for continuous improvement

Profile Requirements

• Fluent in Russian (C2 level) both written and spoken

• Good command of English (B1 level or above) for internal communication

• Valid residency or work permit in Portugal (mandatory)

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is a strong plus

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if required

Working Conditions

• On-site only: Office located in Porto, Portugal

• Full-time position with rotating shifts, including possible night and weekend shifts.

• 40 hours per week (5 days per week, 2 consecutive days off)
