Job Description:

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities by providing
- quality service to customers, working with prestigious global brands.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
• Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving issues promptly and empathetically;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database;
• Use open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot issues;
• Offer recommendations for common problems or FAQs.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian (C2 level or native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level);
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
• Availability for rotating shifts;
• Previous experience or contact with clients is a plus;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility;
