Position: Russian‑Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Employment Type: Full‑time, Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a fluent Russian speaker to join our customer support team in Porto. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring a high level of service, and resolving issues efficiently.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday | 10:00‑19:00
• Two rotational days off per week
• Possibility of extended hours: 09:00‑21:00 (rotational shifts)

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 1, 000 gross/month × 14 months
• Language bonus: 1, 000 for Russian
• No relocation package available

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Russian (C2)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service abilities
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
