Russian-speaking Social Media Customer Service – Porto, Portugal

Are you fluent in Russian and interested in helping users on one of the world’s leading social media platforms? We’re hiring Russian-speaking Social Media Customer Service Representatives to join our international, multicultural team in Porto, Portugal.
No previous experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you succeed in a dynamic and rewarding customer service role.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries on social media
- Provide support and solutions related to platform use, policies, and features
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with your team and stay updated on new platform developments
Comprehensive training is provided—bring your Russian skills and enthusiasm!
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Russian
- Intermediate English (B2) for internal communication
- Strong communication skills and a
- focused attitude - Ability to work in shifts (including evenings and weekends) with 2 days off per week
