Base pay range

Work as a Russian-Speaking Translator remotely in Portugal.

• Render concepts and meanings accurately between Russian and English, maintaining proper grammar, syntax, tone, and style;
• Provide precise renditions of messages, including every detail of conversations;
• Follow customer instructions, manage call flow, and avoid taking over calls;
• Understand protocol and terminology in industries such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, 911, Law Enforcement, Court, and General Business.

What You Need

• Bilingual: Russian & English (C1 levels for both);
• EU Passport or Portuguese residence card/valid work visa;
• High School Diploma (mandatory);
• Education in languages/translation/interpretation or related fields (preferable);
• Excellent listening, retention, and
  - taking skills for high accuracy;
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, as permitted or requested by the customer;
• Concentration, neutrality, and objectivity during conversations;
• Reliable, autonomous, and disciplined;
• Confident, organized, and responsible;
• Effective time management skills;
• Ability to work with performance goals.
