Required skills

• Proven experience in developing production‑ready applications using Rust.
• Strong command of the Rust asynchronous ecosystem, including Tokio and async/await.
• Practical expertise in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of Postgre
  SQL and SQLx for database operations.
• Experience working with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Familiarity with HTMX and server‑side rendering using frameworks like Askama or Tera.
• Hands‑on experience with Tailwind CSS to create modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT.
• Awareness and application of web security best practices, including OWASP, TLS, CSRF, XSS, and SQL injection prevention.
• Competence in Git‑based version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Fluency in English, at least B2.
• Remote work based in Portugal.
