QLM Search is partnering a highly innovative FTSE 100 Manufacturer embarking on a
- critical S/4HANA greenfield transformation programme.

To lead this initiative, we are seeking a highly capable Programme Director with a deep understanding of SAP systems, a track record of delivering complex global programmes, and a practical grasp of operational change across large organisations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
-
- end delivery from programme definition and technical integration through to stakeholder engagement and
- implementation. This is a leadership role requiring
- on direction of
- functional teams, control of a sizeable budget, and clear communication with global business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (greenfield), ensuring business continuity and system optimisation
• Engage senior stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain and IT, ensuring alignment at each project stage
• Deliver strong programme governance, performance tracking and risk mitigation across all phases
• Champion user engagement and adoption through tailored change management and training initiatives
• Ensure
  - quality data integrity, testing protocols and delivery in a regulated (e. g. Gx
  P) environment
• Lead internal teams and
  - party partners, creating a collaborative delivery model with measurable outcomes

Experience Required:

• Proven leadership of
  - scale, complex SAP S/4HANA migrations across multiple geographies
• Expertise in technical delivery, programme governance, and complex stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
• Deep understanding of
  -
  - end business processes within a manufacturing environment
• Track record of leading transformation in
  - paced,
  - site operations
