Purpose of the role
The client have developed their own proprietary software platform, PSI Exchange, which supports Pharmacovigilance processes as a Software-as-a-Service (Saa
S) solution. This hire will be responsible for supporting the existing team, ensuring smooth client delivery, and acting as the interface between clients and the technical team. The focus is on maintaining, supporting, and improving PSI Exchange for clients, while also contributing to system projects, configuration, and potential future expansions.
Core Responsibilities
• Act as client interface: gather requirements, translate them for the technical team, and ensure delivery.
• Maintain, support, and improve PSI Exchange (including system setup, configuration, and upgrades).
• Provide
- line support (via helpdesk) for client issues.
• Oversee and contribute to validation documentation, training materials, and system admin.
• Manage onboarding of new clients: support implementation,

- live stabilisation, and ongoing account management.
• Participate in audits/inspections where system knowledge is required.
• Potentially grow into mentoring or leadership responsibilities, depending on the hire’s profile.
Must-Have Skills / Profile
• Strong Saa
S / technical systems background –
- on with software configuration, support, and upgrades.
• Client-facing experience – requirement gathering, translating technical needs, supporting client interactions.
• Good project coordination/oversight experience (not necessarily a PM, but organised in managing deliverables).
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a dispersed, international team.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with Veeva Safety/Quality/Clinical systems, as these have some overlap with PSI Exchange.
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance systems or safety databases. PV knowledge is beneficial but not essential – it can be learned.
• Consulting/service provider background (experience supporting multiple clients rather than only internal systems).
• Audit/inspection support experience.
• Mentoring or team leadership experience (there is scope for progression).
