S Support Technician (French Speaker)

We are looking for an IT Technical Support Technician for a hybrid project based in Porto.

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 support for several Saa
  S tools as part of the HR IT Support team.
• Manage communications through Teams, Outlook, and phone.
• Follow procedures to ensure KPIs are measured.
• Extract and present data in collaboration with the Business Analyst team.
• Coordinate with the project team.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French and good level of English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of HR procedures (a plus), particularly in talent management.
• Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (a plus).
• Administrative mindset and good communication skills.
• Knowing Business Object or SQL querying is a plus.
