We are seeking a skilled Content Moderator Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our online platform by ensuring all reported content and advertisements meet legal and regulatory standards.

You will beresponsible for reviewing and moderating content, safeguarding users from harmful or inappropriate material while ensuring compliance across multiple markets. Your expertise in Latvian language will contribute directly to creating a safer, more trusted online space for users.

Responsibilities:

- Review reportedcontent thoroughly to ensure alignment with legal standards and platform policies in both Latvian and English.

">

- Assess advertisements to ensure they comply with legal regulations and are free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content.

">

- Investigate reported violations using internal tools and resources, verifying claims and determining appropriate actions.

">

- Maintain compliance by ensuring all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines.

">

- Document and report moderation activities, identifying trends or patterns in reported content.

">

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support the development of platform policies.

">

Requirements:

- Fluency in Latvian language.

- Strong understanding of social media industry and online safety.

- Ability to workindependently and as part of a global team.

Working Hours:

The currentschedule for this project is Monday to Friday, from 9:

00 AM to 6:

00 PM. However, please note that this is a 24/7 project. While the current hours do not extend around the clock, you must be prepared to adjust to a 24/7 schedule immediately if the project requires it in the future.
