About The Role
Our Group safety team, made up of 15 people, is integrated in the Operations department. As a Safety Performance & Reporting Analyst, you will work to enhance our global safety data capabilities and will be accountable for leading the architecture and strategy of the Group Safety data function, streamlining data collection and reporting workflows, developing a strategic digital roadmap, collaborating across the organization with Safety SMEs, and providing actionable insights and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Safety Data Landscape Architecture & Strategy: lead assessment, design, and strategic management of the Group Safety data architecture in collaboration with Digital Technology and the transformation team.
- Data Stream Optimization & Implementation: specify, design, and implement streamlined workflows for data collection, processing, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Strategic Digital Roadmap Development: develop and drive a forward‑looking roadmap for the continuous evolution of safety data performance and reporting capabilities, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration & Domain Expertise: collaborate with Safety SMEs to gain in‑depth domain knowledge and facilitate critical interpretation of complex safety data.
- Actionable Insights & Executive Reporting: partner with Safety SMEs to interpret data and translate insights into clear, concise, compelling information for executive leadership and the business.
About You
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related quantitative field. Relevant work experience in assessing, designing, and managing complex data streams and architectures within a large, multi‑site, global organization or in specific safety management information systems (SMIS) or EHS software.

- Strong strategic understanding of data architecture principles and their enterprise application.
- Solid understanding of safety processes, operational systems, and reporting standards.
- Proven ability to design and implement efficient and scalable data collection and reporting processes.
- Track record of translating complex technical data insights into clear, compelling, actionable information for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.

Pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all; compensation within a range to foster development. Base pay expected:
- € 84, 640 – € 122, 800 per year in Belgium
- € 46, 720 – € 73, 000 per year in Portugal
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on skills and experience. We also provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
