Job Description

• Manage and mentor the safety reporting staff in the ICSR Management Unit.
• Ensure proper distribution of tasks and oversee workflow processes.
• Act as the link between the Regulatory Intelligence Department and ICSR Management Unit to ensure compliance and optimal processes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support safety reporting activities undertaken by the project team for the client and the company.
• Report Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with regulations, procedures, and client requirements.
• Manage SAE/SUSAR Reporting.
• Manage workflow and resources.
• Perform line management tasks, including appraisals, vacation approvals, and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Mentor and train new and junior staff.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Lead the safety reporting team.
• Provide leadership and expert advice in safety reporting.
• Manage the team and subordinate colleagues.
• Train and develop team skills.

Qualifications

• Life Science Degree.
• Experience in safety reporting.
• Strong line management experience.
