We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to join a Finance IT team responsible for applications supporting financial flows, treasury management, and regulatory initiatives .

This role combines run & operations with project involvement , requiring close collaboration with finance teams, IT operations, and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

Run & Operations

• Monitor and supervise financial applications in production
• Analyze incidents and handle user support requests
• Perform log and file analysis
• Respond to operational requests from production and operations teams
• Participate in production support and incident management activities
• Be part of
  - call duty rotation

Projects

• Perform impact analysis for changes and new initiatives
• Prepare technical deliverables and documentation
• Develop and maintain scripts and shell scripts
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (architecture, operations manuals, environment plans)
• Support vulnerability remediation and technology obsolescence management

Application Scope

The role focuses on Treasury Management Systems , supporting:

• Cash management and treasury forecasting
• Bank reconciliation
• Electronic signature and banking communication

Key functional areas include:

• Banking connectivity and exchanges
• Treasury and reconciliation processes
• Electronic signature and bank statement consultation

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Knowledge

• Financial flows (bank statements, transfers, direct debits)
• Financial standards and protocols: CFONB, SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA
• Banking communication protocols: EBICS (T / TS), Pe
  SIT

Technical Skills

• Windows CMD
• VBScript
• XML
• Unix / Shell scripting
• SQL Server (basic to intermediate)

Application & Tooling

• Treasury and cash management tools (forecasting, cash pooling, reconciliation)
• Banking communication and monitoring tools (EBICS, SWIFT, electronic signature, digital certificates)
• Experience with Sage XRT / Universe3 is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills
