We are looking for a Sail
Point IAM Consultant to join our Client's team on a REMOTE working model from Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Sail
Point Identity and Access Management solutions.

Collaborate with global teams to define IAM requirements and design effective solutions.

Ensure system integration, security compliance, and best practices in IAM implementation.

Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for IAM platforms.

Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements :

3 to 5 years of experience in developing IAM solutions, focusing on integration, customization, and automation — experience exclusively in support roles will not be considered;

Proven experience in implementing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, including integration with enterprise systems;

Experience in designing and implementing identity management and governance processes, including user lifecycle, access policies, and segregation of duties;

Experience in various programming languages relevant to the IAM context, namely Java, Beanshell, Java
Script, XML, SQL, and scripting (e. g. , Power
Shell, Python) for integration, connector development, and process automation;

Knowledge of integration with directories such as LDAP, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);

Familiarity with modern authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2. 0, and Open
ID Connect;

Familiarity with IAM tools and solutions (e. g. , Sail
Point, Ping Identity, Entra ID);

Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls;

Must be fluent in English.
