VR Sales & Experience Specialist (Lisbon, Portugal)

Full‑time or part‑time. You’ll turn inquiries into bookings, run flawless sessions, create quick UGC, and co‑own arena ops.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and drive revenue.
• Run flawless VR sessions, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Create and curate user‑generated content (UGC) for marketing and community building.
• Co‑own arena operations, contributing to training, scheduling, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Entry level; previous experience in trampoline parks, escape rooms, bowling, or FEC is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
• Self‑starter with initiative and a sense of ownership.
