Sales & Customer Success Manager

We’re now looking for someone who can lead and grow these client relationships.
We’re seeking a Sales & Customer Success Manager who can take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and closing to nurturing
- term partnerships. You’ll be the bridge between our product team and our clients, ensuring every relationship is built on trust, clarity, and continuous value delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and identify new clients, industries, and markets with strong fit for our solutions;
- Manage the full customer lifecycle:
- Pre-sales research and qualification;
- Preparing compelling proposals, budgets, and commercial materials;
- Leading negotiations and closing;
- Building and maintaining strong post-project relationships;
- Identifying upsell opportunities and managing
- ups; - Run email marketing campaigns to generate leads and support account nurturing;
- Present products and services to prospects (remote and
- person) - Keep pipelines updated using CRM tools and report on performance and forecasts.
Required:
- Experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in tech, Saa
S, or industrial sectors; - Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Comfortable working across
- sales, delivery
- up, and client success; - Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation tools, and sales analytics;
- Strong
- building skills and a client-first mindset; - Fluent in English (spoken and written), with clear and persuasive communication.
