- As Sales & Ecommerce Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving visibility and performance of dynamic offers across all digital channels in the SP&A region. You’ll lead the development and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and
- functional initiatives to maximize conversion and market impact. - Develop and implement
- and
- term sales plans in collaboration with Product, Pricing, and Trading teams. - Design and execute sales campaigns across Web, App, CRM, and other digital channels.
- Ensure the best offers are consistently visible and prioritized across all owned platforms.
- Align paid media strategies with the Digital Marketing team to optimize performance.
- Lead weekly Sales & Trading meetings to review performance and adjust tactics.
- Monitor market trends and integrate insights into product and offer strategies.
- Collaborate with Brand & Marketing teams to position TUI products effectively in local markets.
- Analyze search, visit, and conversion data to inform ongoing improvements.
- We’re looking for a strategic and
- driven leader with a strong digital mindset and a passion for travel. - Proven experience in sales planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM tools.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills across
- functional teams. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and
- oriented approach. - Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
