Sales & Group Reservations Manager
Executes sales processes to ensure that occupancy and revenue goals are achieved while maintaining brand integrity. Involved in overseeing the sales efforts and management of group reservations and corporate events. Requirements
Previous experience in Sales and/or Reservations required
Previous experience in Hospitality required
Detailed-oriented
Proficient in communication; both verbal and written
Self-starter who can work independently
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-centric disposition
Great social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters
Must align with the company’s missions and values
Punctual and reliable

Must be fluent in English and Portuguese

Ensures timely, thoughtful communication with clients before, during, and after their stay, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Designs and executes promotions to attract new clients and drive bookings, in collaboration with marketing and revenue management. Creates and shares content on Linked
In to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and position Outsite as a leader in its space. Builds relationships and expands the network by connecting with potential clients on Linked
In and other relevant channels. Represents Outsite at relevant conferences and events to generate new leads and stay up to date on trends. Conducts calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions. Negotiates contract terms that meet both client needs and business goals, ensuring alignment with Outsite’s standards. Start Date: June 2025Location: Porto Area (Hybrid)Time Commitment: 40 Hours per Week
Type of Contract: 6 months with renewal upon evaluation
