Sales & Growth Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales & Growth Specialist — a driven, curious, and proactive professional who’s ready to build relationships, identify opportunities, and help us expand our presence in Portugal and beyond.
You’ll be the connector between our value and the market — engaging new clients, nurturing existing ones, and experimenting with new approaches to accelerate growth. This is a hands‑on role where creativity, communication, and persistence meet purpose.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients (B2B and B2C).
Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
Work effectively and autonomously with ERP and CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with business goals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
Create engaging sales presentations that showcase the value of our solutions to clients. Be able to address the problems, difficulties, and pain points that these solutions seek to solve.
Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and how to better deliver the right solutions for our customers.
Represent Agile Thinkers at events, conferences, and workshops to promote our services and brand.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital outreach (Linked
In, email, lead generation tools, etc. ) - Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Resident in Lisbon, Portugal (mandatory)
