Sales & Growth Specialist (Tech - Hunter - Remote-First)
At Aryahub , we’re looking for a proven B2B sales hunter to help us grow our presence in the tech market — both in Portugal and internationally.

What you’ll do:
Open new accounts in the tech space — startups, scaleups, and innovation teams
Sell our range of services: IT recruitment(direct hiring), RPO, CPO-as-a-Service , and operational efficiency consulting
Work with Apollo. io , Hub
Spot, and Linked
In Premium to build and manage your pipeline
Lead smart, consultative sales conversations — tailored to each client
Collaborate directly with the founders to shape our sales strategy and offering
What we’re looking for:
3 to 5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (services, tech, or HR-related fields)
A clear track record of new business development and deal closing
Strong knowledge of the tech/startup ecosystem , ideally in Portugal and Europe
Self-starter mindset, comfortable working with autonomy and ownership
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Based in Portugal — preference for candidates located in the Alentejo
What we offer:
Full-time contract
Net Monthly Salary: 1, 500€ to 1, 800€ (12 months, all bonus included) +
