Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated commercial and marketing strategy covering accommodation, F&B, experiences and events.
• Drive the shift to greater direct customer engagement and revenue diversification, reducing dependency on OTAs.
• Build and mentor a
  - performing sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and experience leaders to develop integrated, year‑round offerings.
• Implement robust performance monitoring and reporting systems, aligning teams around key metrics and business objectives.
• Be the ambassador for the brand repositioning to optimize revenue in the low season and increase customer retention.

What We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing Sales and/or Marketing departments in hospitality, lifestyle or related sectors.
• Track record of driving growth and transformation across
  - unit and
  - channel businesses.
• Specialization in digital marketing, CRM, brand development and partnerships management.
• Change-agent profile with strong analytical and
  - driven mindset.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is an advantage but not required.
