Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Identify, approach, onboard, and manage key clients (affiliates, operators, agencies) in i
Gaming and related verticals. Build and grow a client portfolio to maximise LTV (lifetime value), drive upsells, and ensure strong retention.
Sales: Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Set targets, forecast sales, and report KPIs to management.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver campaigns that meet client goals.
Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, advise clients on optimisations, and ensure campaigns achieve high ROI.
Marketing Strategy: Lead
- generation campaigns and define the brand’s positioning and messaging.
Content & Brand Visibility: Oversee marketing content (case studies, webinars, PR) and manage presence at industry events.
Market Analysis & Growth Experiments: Analyse market trends, test new channels, and run experiments to drive business growth.
What You Bring:
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing, Ad
Tech, affiliate, or i
Gaming. Proven track record in acquiring, managing, and growing clients.
Analytical Skills: Strong
- driven mindset; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
Tools: Proficient in Excel and experienced with tracking tools and performance dashboards.
Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and
- building skills.
Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
