Job description:

For our Sales and Service activities in Portugal, we are looking for a motivated

Sales-/Service Engineer PMC and Rolls (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Responsible for extensive Sales activities in the area of Forming Fabrics, Press Felts, Dryers, Shoe Press Belts and Rolls in Portugal
• Responsible for sales volume and customer liaison and the support of several Fabrics and Rolls customers in the country
• Introduction und presentation of products
• Continuous customer service and support
• Permanent contacts with customers to prepare and support upcoming optimization and troubleshooting activities
• Active aquisition of new customers
• Complaint management and problem solving
• Support the
  - up of AFR products
• Reporting:
• own activities
• competition situation
• market trends

YOUR PROFILE:

Education:

• Bachelor or master's degree (paper production, chemistry, engineering)
• Or equivalent technical education (Technician / Business Administration)
• Or experienced papermaker

Experience:

• Min 5 years of operative, service and/or sales experience
• Proven track record in B2B sales of products in need of explanation or in comparable challenging tasks

Languages:

• Portuguese
• English (good in witten and spoken)

Personality:

• Distinct technology and sales mentality
• Willingness to travel (>70 %)
• Work well in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Self-reliant and highly motivated

• Customer sites and Home Office
