Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and sign up local hospitality companies around Portugal.
- Partner with large hospitality companies and identify recruitment needs to persuade them to join the platform.
- In existing cities, focus on increasing content by identifying top restaurants and hotels and convincing them to join the platform.
- In some cases, build new portfolios of tourism companies from scratch within weeks and grow them to ensure sufficient content quality in Portugal.
- Identify recruitment needs from current customers and convert them to platform users.
- Conduct five meetings per week via Teams and
- site visits in different cities of Portugal once a month. - Remain passionate about hospitality and human resources; stay informed about the coolest places, events, and new openings in Portugal.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process with new clients to source and negotiate the best talent solutions for them.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
- Submit daily reports detailing tasks (calls, visits, prospects, new business).
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience or knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills.
- Self-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment;
- Humility with a passion for hospitality is important.
- Native level Portuguese and fluent English.
- Previous experience using Salesforce is valued.
- Must be willing to travel regularly to Barcelona for potential group meetings.
- Should also be available to travel within Portugal to visit clients in person, which is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
