Sales Account Executive

Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to take over a strong €10 M qualified pipeline and drive new business opportunities across our target markets.
Responsibilities
- Managing and closing existing opportunities in the sales pipeline.
- Building strong relationships with key
- makers (FM, operations, sustainability, and innovation leaders). - Identifying new opportunities through networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Working
- functionally with the marketing, engineering, and deployment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. - Reporting forecasts, performance, and KPIs to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably Prop
Tech, Energy
Tech, HVAC, Building Automation, or Saa
S). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong network of industry contacts and ability to open doors with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English.
- Strategic mindset with a

- oriented approach. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
