What can you expect from this role?
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding client relationships while identifying new business opportunities within the B2B market. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions will be key to your success.
Purpose-driven impact: You will help companies improve employee engagement and motivation through our solutions.
Strategic influence: You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new business, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to HR executives and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring
- term partnerships and high retention rates. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Build strong relationships with HR executives, showcasing the value of our solutions in enhancing employee engagement.
- Conduct product presentations and demos, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking progress, pipeline development, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience in HR tech, Saa
S, or loyalty & engagement solutions is a plus. - Strong ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- A proactive and
- oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and within a team. - Experience using CRM tools to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
- Languages: Portuguese (native/proficient) and English (high level required). Spanish is a plus.
