Position Summary
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant clients and driving revenue growth through consultative sales, client education, and
- term relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing restaurant clients to offer tailored commercial solutions.
- Provide strategic advice on pricing, visibility, and customer engagement to optimize restaurant performance.
- Promote and sell platform products and services.
- Train clients to effectively use internal tools and dashboards.
- Retain existing accounts by maintaining strong,
- based relationships. - Contribute to product adoption, engagement, and participation in seasonal campaigns.
- Sales performance (products sold and maintained).
- Client engagement and usage of platform tools.
- Participation rates in promotional initiatives and campaigns.
Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong
- solving ability. - Resilience and motivation in a
- driven environment. - Experience managing large volumes of outbound/inbound calls and
- account portfolios (400–800 accounts). - Native Portuguese and fluent English (required).
- Prior experience in hospitality, tech, or
- commerce is a strong plus.
