Sales Account Manager
We are recruiting a Sales Account Manager to report to Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning and Reporting:
Develop and execute business plans.
Monitor performance using periodic KPI reports, ensuring commercial targets are met.
Propose corrective actions when deviations occur.
Client Portfolio Management:
Manage and grow assigned client portfolios.
Negotiate deals that enhance profitability and align with business goals.
Customer-Centric Product Solutions:
Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize business profitability.
Production Coordination:
Oversee contracted production volumes, ensuring seamless interaction between production, clients, and quality teams.
Guarantee orders are delivered on time, meeting technical specifications and agreed pricing.
Sales Reporting and Issue Management:
Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to clients.
Address and resolve
- related incidents in collaboration with relevant departments.
Relationship Building:
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by managing claims, organizing visits, and attending international trade fairs and events.
Promote trust in our production processes and adherence to quality and food safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities
Adhere to company policies, codes, and procedures.
Actively support the dissemination of quality and environmental policies.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Participate in training sessions for professional and technical growth.
