Sales Account Manager
We are recruiting a Sales Account Manager to report to Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and execute business plans.
- Monitor performance using periodic KPI reports, ensuring commercial targets are met.
- Propose corrective actions when deviations occur.
Client Portfolio Management:
- Manage and grow assigned client portfolios.
- Negotiate deals that enhance profitability and align with business goals.
Customer-Centric Product Solutions:
- Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize business profitability.
Production Coordination:
- Oversee contracted production volumes, ensuring seamless interaction between production, clients, and quality teams.
- Guarantee orders are delivered on time, meeting technical specifications and agreed pricing.
Sales Reporting and Issue Management:
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to clients.
- Address and resolve
- related incidents in collaboration with relevant departments.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by managing claims, organizing visits, and attending international trade fairs and events.
- Promote trust in our production processes and adherence to quality and food safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies, codes, and procedures.
- Actively support the dissemination of quality and environmental policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions for professional and technical growth.
