Sales Administrator Spanish Territories
Experis is currently recruiting, on behalf of a leading international software distribution company, an Administrative Assistant to support their Spain Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with an international presence across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, provide quotes, and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage customer data and sales processes in Salesforce.
- Support renewals, tenders, and sales operations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams across Portugal and Brazil.
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (PT, ES, BR, UK).
