We are hiring for a global leader in professional education and training, operating within the healthcare and veterinary sectors. As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for Sales Advisors to join a team in Porto, supporting clients across several markets.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Full-time – 40 hours/week | On-site


What you’ll do
- Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries across various international markets
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Promote a diverse portfolio of professional training programmes
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align messaging and customer experience
- Support occasional international events, trade shows, and conferences (some may include weekends)
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Who you are
- Fluent in English (required), plus one of the following: German, Spanish or French
- Experienced in sales, customer engagement or business development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proactive, self-motivated and focused on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- A true team player with a commercial mindset and the ability to work independently

What we offer
Base salary: €23, 000 to €25, 000 per year (depending on language and experience)
On-target commission: Up to €15, 000 per year
Meal allowance: €8/day
