Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service.
• Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the store and products.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to create a premium and inspiring shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury segment.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for client service.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
• Team spirit, proactivity, and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands.
