We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor for our new Fashion Clinic Home store!

This role will be responsible for

Welcoming customers to our store and provide an exceptional Client experience in Store;

Show, promote and sell our brands and products and promote cross selling between Amorim Luxury Brands;

Provide the best client experience ensuring 100% satisfaction in each visit;

Manage all purchases, returns and exchange;

Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance;

Manage Store Inventories and stock control;

Manage Store visual merchandising;

About you

Previous experience in similar roles;

Deep focus on customer service and service standards;

Sales technology support systems knowledge (Primavera & Sales Force);

Passionate about Fashion and luxury retail;

Excellent communication skills and empathy;

High level of personal organization and attention to detail;

Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus);

Availability to work weekends and night schedule
