Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide a memorable, luxury
  - store experience.
• Act as brandambassador, representing our values and unique concept.
• Showcase, promote, and sell our brands and products, encouraging
  - selling across Amorim Luxury brands.
• Ensure outstanding client satisfaction at every visit.
• Manage purchases, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and care.
• Enrich and update our CRM database with client information and preferences, always respecting GDPR compliance.
• Oversee store inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.

About You:

We are looking for highly motivated professionals, passionate aboutfashion and luxury retail, who want to be part of theFashion Clinic community.

You should bring:

• Previous experience in similar roles within fashion retail.
• Strong customer service mindset and high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
• Flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts.
