We are building our Sales Advisors team for our Fashion Clinic Carvalhal store, located near the beautiful Praia do Pêgo.

As true brand ambassadors, our team will deliver an exceptional customer journey

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide a memorable, luxury
  - store experience.
• Act as brand ambassador, representing our values and unique concept.
• Showcase, promote, and sell our brands and products, encouraging
  - selling across Amorim Luxury brands.
• Ensure outstanding client satisfaction at every visit.
• Manage purchases, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and care.
• Enrich and update our CRM database with client information and preferences, always respecting GDPR compliance.
• Oversee store inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.

About You:

We are looking for highly motivated professionals, passionate about fashion and luxury retail, who want to be part of the Fashion Clinic Comporta community.

You should bring:

• Previous experience in similar roles within luxury retail.
• Strong customer service mindset and high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• Availability to work in the Comporta area.
