Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Devoteam, you will drive our commercial success by leveraging your business consulting skills and IT market knowledge to identify, secure, and grow strategic client partnerships within the IT consultancy space, especially in the Financial Services industry. Your responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, navigating complex sales cycles, articulating digital transformation solutions (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity), and fostering
- term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• New Business Acquisition: Prospect potential clients and build a sales pipeline to win new clients and expand into untapped markets.
• Solution Selling & Value Articulation: Understand client challenges and present compelling IT solutions at the executive level.
• Strategic Account Development: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Leading Engagements: Manage the sales cycle, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of sales experience in IT consulting or related fields with a proven track record.
• Strong business consulting skills and IT market knowledge.
• Experience in Energy and Resources industry preferred.
• Proven success in new business acquisition and account expansion.
• Ability to build C-level relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese skills are a plus.
