Responsibilities
- Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Take ownership of your sales quota, develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within your assigned market or accounts.
- New Business Acquisition: Prospect and engage potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and win new logos in untapped markets.
- Solution Selling & Value Articulation: Understand client challenges, map them to Devoteam's IT solutions, and articulate compelling value propositions at the C-level.
- Strategic Account Development: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within key accounts to maximize
- term revenue. - Leading Winning Engagements: Orchestrate the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure; lead proposal development and coordinate with
- sales and delivery teams. - Market Intelligence: Stay aware of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client drivers to inform sales approach and identify revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct sales experience in IT consulting, technology solutions, or professional services with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong Business Consulting Acumen: Ability to analyze complex problems and translate client needs into strategic IT solutions.
- Deep IT Market Knowledge: Understanding of Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Dev
Ops, etc. , and how these impact industries. - Experience in the Energy and Resources Industry is highly preferred.
- Proven success in new business acquisition and expanding client accounts in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent C-level relationship skills, negotiations, and influencing abilities.
- Strong strategic selling abilities with experience managing long sales cycles.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a valuable asset.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills with a drive to achieve commercial outcomes.
