Role Overview

The True Ups Specialist (TUS) plays a critical role in supporting the Asset Management team by managing quotations, bookings, and ensuring accurate invoicing or crediting of eligible assets. This position is integral to maintaining compliance with customer agreements and ensuring seamless transaction closure.

Note: This role is strictly internal and does not involve direct interaction with customers or external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and maintain accuracy of invoicing data across systems.
  • Prepare quotations and assist Sales Representatives with required documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Asset Management teams to provide visibility into transaction details, including customer assets and entitlements.
  • Support the overall Asset Management strategy and value proposition.
  • Partner
    - functionally with Cisco Sales, Asset Management, and other internal teams in a
    - paced environment.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and operational metrics, delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and interpreting large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to apply project management principles to complex challenges, involving stakeholders and driving resolution.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to execute within tight timelines.
  • A creative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and change enablement.
