B2B Sales and Customer Support Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat
• Acquiring new advertisers and growing their businesses
• Supporting and extending

• Identifying trends and giving feedback to the engineering team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A native level of Hebrew and fluent English (at least B2-C1)
• A sales attitude or previous experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• An interest in the social media field
• Motivation, reliability, and commitment in your work
• A drive for excellence and professionalism
