Your mission at FARMASI

You will be the first point of contact for our Influencers and customers in Portugal. Your goal? To deliver an exceptional customer experience with empathy, agility, and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls during hotline hours
• Manage emails and support tickets within 24h
• Support and guide FARMASI Influencers from Portugal in their daily activities
• Analyze and interpret business trends and Influencer performance to provide valuable insights
• Actively contribute to business growth through personalized support (calls,
  - ups, guidance)
