Your responsibilities and impact as Sales and Customer Support for Spotify and Co. will be:
Responsibilities include:
- Exceptional consultation of clients regarding any upcoming questions
- Achieving high levels of client satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
If you are employed in sales, your daily routines will include:
- Developing the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Creating and maintaining relationships within the account to preserve
- term strategies and monitor competitors - Researching new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Driving benefits through proactive management
- Tracking, managing, and reporting activity related to the sales pipeline
- Responding to and resolving incoming client or partner calls
If you are in customer support, your daily routines will include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent interaction within the customer service department
- Actively listening to customers with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Providing the best answers and solutions via phone, email, or social media
- Offering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer issues
- Collaborating with other departments to redirect cases and issues
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring and participating in the success of your department
- Maintaining consistency in brand messaging by focusing on product and service quality
- Supporting viewers with account and application issues related to software functionality
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:
- Customer-oriented, a natural communicator, and supportive
- Proactive with a
- oriented mindset - Native-level German and fluent English (B1 may suffice depending on the client)
- Valid school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in customer service or sales, or interest in these areas
