We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our Fashion and Apparel company. This role involves door-to-door marketing, building relationships with clients, collecting and executing orders, and responsible for delivering products directly to customers. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

• Conduct door-to-door sales to promote apparel products to new and existing customers.
• Collect orders from clients and ensure all details are recorded accurately.
• Coordinate with the internal team to process and execute orders in a timely manner.
• Deliver products to customers and ensure excellent
  - sale service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Provide feedback from the market to improve products and services.
  

• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Basic English skills (for internal communication).
• Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and
  - motivation.
• Ability to work independently and reach sales targets.
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus (optional, depending on delivery model).
